Shipping Destinations

Neogevity currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not offered unless the destination and service are available in Shopify checkout.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on every NEONOX order. Express shipping is $15 per order. Shopify checkout is the final source for available services, destinations, delivery estimates, taxes, and charges.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guarantees. Carrier delays and conditions outside Neogevity's control may affect delivery.

Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact support@neogevitylife.com promptly if an order address needs correction; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

Contact support@neogevitylife.com within 30 days after delivery with the order number and available photos or details. Neogevity will follow the Return and Refund Policy for verified damaged, incorrect, or defective orders.
